KKF Sangha Elections 2023 : Request for Nominations

Hello all,

It is time for KKF sangha's Elections for 2023. We propose to setup a roles based committee similar to previous year. The committee will be responsible for all decision making. To this extent, regular meetings shall be held.

For new entrants in the KKF Whatsapp group, the activities of this committee includes organizing events (Yugadi, Kannada Rajyotsava), handling finances of the Sangha, communicating with the local bodies, handling IT/social media, community support events, setting up language/skills classes etc. So, if you are a creative and enthusiastic person with innovative ideas, this platform is for YOU, please go ahead and nominate.

Below are the defined Roles/Positions of KKF Committee 2023 :

• Culturals
• Logistics & Procurement
• Finance
• IT & Social Media
• Sports and Learning
• Marketing and Publicity
• Communications
• Governance

1. Restricted to members of Kannada Koota Franconia sangha

2. Nominees should reside in the Franken region, preferably in NÜ, FÜ, ER, ERH

3. To prevent people from applying only for a specific role, we have deliberately avoided role based nominations.

4. Committee members commit to work voluntarily and respect each other

5. Differences in opinion & ideas will be settled via voting - hence the committee will have an odd number
